I haven't posted an illustration for awhile because I haven't really been following along with the words of the week. This weeks word was stretch for which I drew....

That there is a family portrait. I am thinking of making it our Chirstmas card for this year. We will see.

Ornament Swap Send Off

So this little guy was all packaged up and sent out last week before the holiday. Hopefully he will make it safely to his new home in New York. He is my first gift of the season.

Getting Into the Spirit

 So the other day I came across this post http://www.thewonderforest.com/2012/11/ornament-swap.html on a blog I like to visit from time to time. I have never done an ornament swap and thought that it sound like fun. So I signed up and today I just got the name of my partner. I am looking forward to making a special ornament to send. I will post pictures as soon as it is ready.

I know Thanksgiving isn't even here yet but I think I am starting to hum a Christmas melody or two.

Monday Phone Dump

Lately Life has been filled with... Christmas Parades on a rainy night, New hair cuts, Cute Kitties, New Bathroom Floor, Lovely Weather, and Lots of Sewing in prep for the up coming craft fair.

Ummmmm...I Am Here!

Life has been a bit crazy lately. Family has been battling the flu, my sister got married, we all ended up sick again with some pretty nasty colds and respiratory stuff, and I signed up for my very first craft fair that is being held next weekend. So my time has been spent trying to get stock and display things together for the show. Once things settle down a bit regular post will be coming, hopefully. ;)
